1. What capacities are available for the XT-HESS-A?
The XT-HESS-A is available in commercial capacity classes of 10kWh, 20kWh and 30kWh. Their precise nominal energy capacities are 10.24kWh, 20.48kWh and 30.72kWh respectively.

• 10kWh: XT-HESS-A-5.5K-10K

3. What type of battery does the system use?
The system uses 51.2V LiFePO4 battery modules. Each module has a nominal capacity of 100Ah and nominal energy of 5.12kWh.

4. What is the rated inverter power?
The standard XT-HESS-A configuration uses one 5.5kW inverter with 230V AC output.

5. How many battery modules are included?
The 10kWh system contains two battery modules, the 20kWh system contains four modules, and the 30kWh system contains six modules.

6. How long can the system provide backup power?
Backup duration depends on the selected battery capacity, usable depth of discharge, inverter efficiency and connected load.
Approximate backup time can be estimated using:
Backup Time = Usable Battery Energy ÷ Connected Load
The final runtime should be calculated according to the customer’s actual load profile.

7. How much solar power can be connected?
The standard inverter supports a maximum PV input power of 5,500W and a PV input-voltage range of 120–500V. The final number and connection method of solar panels must be checked according to the selected panel’s Voc, Vmp and temperature coefficient.

8. Does the system support WiFi or APP monitoring?
WiFi and APP-based monitoring are optional. The communication function must be confirmed before production.

9. What is the expected battery cycle life?
The battery is designed for more than 6,000 cycles under specified testing and operating conditions. Actual cycle life varies according to depth of discharge, charging method, operating temperature and maintenance conditions.

10. Can the battery capacity be expanded later?
The system uses a modular stackable structure. Capacity expansion may be possible, but battery compatibility, BMS communication, battery age and system settings must be checked before adding new modules.

11. Where can the system be installed?
It is designed primarily for dry, level and adequately ventilated indoor locations. Installation clearance, temperature, humidity and local electrical requirements must be confirmed before installation.

12. Can the system power an entire house?
It can supply household loads within the inverter’s approved output and surge limits. High-power appliances and motor loads should be reviewed before the system capacity is selected.

13. Is professional installation required?
Yes. Battery, PV and AC connections, protective devices, earthing, system configuration and commissioning should be completed by qualified personnel according to local electrical regulations.
