Please provide the project location, parking-bay quantity, available site dimensions, preferred layout and target PV capacity. Site drawings or parking-area photos are helpful. Local wind and snow requirements should also be identified for structural review.

Q2. Is a single-row or double-row layout available?
Both arrangements can be considered. The suitable option depends on the parking plan, vehicle circulation, site dimensions and project requirements. Final dimensions are not fixed until the layout is reviewed.

Q3. How many solar panels are included?
There is no universal panel quantity for XT-SC-COM. The number and arrangement of PV modules are determined by the canopy dimensions, selected module specification and target system capacity, and will be stated in the project quotation.

Q4. Does the carport include an EV charger?
EV charging is an optional integration. Charger type, quantity, electrical capacity and installation scope must be confirmed separately before quotation.

Q5. Can you confirm the structure size and load capacity from the website images?
No. The images show conceptual configurations, not final engineering drawings. Foundation design, structural dimensions and load requirements must be confirmed for the project site.

Q6. What will be included in the final quotation?
The quotation will define the agreed carport structure, PV and electrical equipment, optional EV charging equipment, and the applicable supply or installation scope. Items not expressly listed should not be assumed to be included.
