The XT-WC-T3 Series is available in 7kW, 11kW and 22kW configurations.

2. Is this a freestanding charging station?
Yes. The charger is mounted on a steel pole, with an overall height of 1.45m, for installation beside a parking space.

3. What is the difference between the three models?
The XT-WC-T3-7K is rated 7kW and 32A with an AC 207–253V supply. The XT-WC-T3-11K is rated 11kW and 16A with an AC 360–440V supply. The XT-WC-T3-22K is rated 22kW and 32A with an AC 360–440V supply.

4. Does the charger support RFID and APP authentication?
Yes. RFID card and APP user authentication are supported. APP details and access settings should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

5. Does the charger support OCPP and wireless communication?
OCPP, 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support are listed in the specification. Please confirm the OCPP version, supplied communication modules and compatibility with your intended management platform before ordering.

6. Is a MID-certified meter included?
No. A MID meter is not included in the specified configuration. Metering requirements should be discussed before placing an order.

7. Can the station be installed outdoors?
The specified protection rating is IP65. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, with suitable grounding, circuit protection, protected electrical connections and a mounting foundation appropriate for the site.

8. What is the standard charging-cable length?
The standard charging cable length is 5m.

9. What are the charger dimensions and materials?
The charger unit measures 375 × 255 × 95mm and uses flame-retardant ABS material. The mounting pole is steel, and the overall station height is 1.45m.

10. Will the 22kW model always charge a vehicle at 22kW?
No. Actual charging power depends on the available electrical supply and the vehicle’s onboard charger. A vehicle with a lower AC charging limit will charge at that lower limit.

11. What is the operating temperature range?
The specified operating temperature range is −30°C to +50°C.

12. What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the quantity, charging power, destination country, site voltage and phase, vehicle connector requirement, communication and backend requirements, and any metering or installation requirements.
