1. Three DC Charging Power Options
The XT-WD Series offers 80kW, 120kW and 240kW configurations, allowing buyers to select a model according to site electrical capacity, vehicle requirements and project budget.
2. Dual-Connector Cabinet Design
Each charger features two charging connectors in a floor-standing cabinet. Connector operation and power allocation can be reviewed during model selection to match the intended charging arrangement.
3. Clear 7-Inch Touchscreen
All three models feature a 7-inch touchscreen for charging operation and status display, providing a consistent user interface across the series.
4. Charging Functions by Model
The 80kW model provides touchscreen charging. The 120kW and 240kW models additionally support plug-and-charge, card charging and scheduled charging. All models stop automatically when charging is complete.
5. IP54 Protection and Air Cooling
The cabinet combines IP54 protection with air cooling and a sheet-metal enclosure with an acrylic panel. The specified operating temperature range is −20°C to +50°C.
6. Multiple Electrical Safety Protections
Protection functions cover short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, overcurrent and leakage faults. An emergency stop function provides an additional means of stopping operation.
7. Efficient Charging and Flexible Cable Length
The specified charging efficiency is ≥95%. Standard 5m charging cables are included, with custom lengths available to accommodate different parking layouts and charger positions.
8. Project Selection and Export Support
Anhui Xingtong Technology supports model selection, specification clarification, quotations and international shipping coordination. Buyers can discuss the required power, connector configuration and destination-market requirements before ordering.
1. What power options are available?
The XT-WD Series is available in 80kW, 120kW and 240kW versions, with models XT-WD-80K, XT-WD-120K and XT-WD-240K.
2. What are the output voltage and current ranges?
The 80kW model has a DC output range of 260–1000V and an output current range of 0–200A. The 120kW and 240kW models have a DC output range of 200–1000V and an output current range of 0–250A.
3. Can both connectors charge vehicles simultaneously?
Each model has two charging connectors. Simultaneous charging capability and power allocation should be confirmed for the selected configuration. The model’s rated power should not be interpreted as the available power for each connector.
4. What electrical supply is required?
The specified input voltage is AC 380V. Site electrical capacity, cable sizing, grounding and circuit protection should be assessed for the selected charger before installation.
5. What charging methods are supported?
The 80kW model provides touchscreen charging. The 120kW and 240kW models support plug-and-charge, card charging and scheduled charging.
6. What display is included, and does charging stop automatically?
All three models feature a 7-inch touchscreen and automatically stop when charging is complete.
7. Can the charger be installed outdoors?
The specified protection rating is IP54, and the operating temperature range is −20°C to +50°C. Outdoor installation requires a suitable foundation, drainage, protected electrical connections and adequate ventilation.
8. What is the standard charging cable length?
The standard cable length is 5m. Custom lengths are available and should be specified when requesting a quotation.
9. What safety protections are included?
Protection functions cover short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, overcurrent and leakage faults. An emergency stop function is also included.
10. What are the equipment weights?
The specified weights are 150kg for the 80kW model, 200kg for the 120kW model and 250kg for the 240kW model. These figures are equipment weights; packed shipping weights should be confirmed separately.
11. Is the charger compatible with every electric vehicle?
Compatibility depends on the vehicle’s charging connector, communication requirements and battery voltage range. Please provide the vehicle models and required connector standard so compatibility can be checked before ordering.
12. What information is needed for a quotation?
