WHY CHOOSE ANHUI XINGTONG TECHNOLOGY?
1. PV-Storage-Diesel Hybrid Integration
Designed for the coordinated use of solar power, battery storage and external diesel-generation equipment. The operating strategy is configured around site loads and available energy sources.
2. Liquid-Cooled Thermal Management
Liquid cooling provides battery thermal management during charging and discharging. Operation should follow the specified temperature range and derating requirements.
3. LFP Battery Technology
Uses lithium iron phosphate battery technology with an 832V nominal battery system. Battery operation is coordinated with the approved power-conversion and control configuration.
4. Layered Fire Protection
Combines pack-level fire protection with cabinet-level total-flooding suppression. The fire-protection configuration is confirmed according to project requirements.
5. Compartment-Specific Outdoor Protection
Features an IP65 battery compartment and an IP55 electrical compartment, with a C4 anti-corrosion classification for outdoor project planning.
6. Communication & Energy Management
LAN and 4G communication support system integration. Peak-shaving schedules and coordination with PV, grid supply and external generators are defined through the approved project control
1. What is this hybrid energy storage cabinet designed for?
It is designed for projects combining solar power, battery storage and external diesel-generation equipment. Typical applications include remote microgrids, agricultural sites, isolated lodges and temporary construction sites.
2. Are solar panels and a diesel generator included?
Solar panels, diesel generators and other external equipment are specified separately according to the agreed project scope. The complete configuration is confirmed before quotation and production.
3. Can the system provide backup power or operate off-grid?
Backup and off-grid operation depend on the confirmed power-conversion, control, switching and protection configuration. Required loads, backup duration and transfer performance must be defined during project design.
4. What cooling method does the cabinet use?
The battery system uses liquid cooling. The specified operating temperature range is −20°C to +50°C, with derating above 45°C.
5. Is the cabinet suitable for outdoor installation?
The cabinet is designed for outdoor installation, with an IP65 battery compartment and an IP55 electrical compartment. Site conditions, drainage, ventilation and maintenance access must be considered.
6. What fire-protection features are provided?
The design includes pack-level fire protection and cabinet-level total-flooding suppression. The suppression medium and final configuration are confirmed for each project.
7. What are the cabinet dimensions and weight?
The cabinet measures 1330 × 1350 × 2150mm (W × D × H), with a listed weight of 2800kg. Foundation, handling arrangements and installation clearances should follow the approved installation documents.
8. What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the project location, peak load, daily energy consumption, site voltage and frequency, grid availability, PV capacity, generator rating and any backup requirements.
