1. What power options are available?
The XT-WD Series is available in three configurations: XT-WD-20K (20kW), XT-WD-30K (30kW) and XT-WD-40K (40kW).

2. What installation options are available?
The charger supports wall-mounted and pedestal-mounted installation. Choose the configuration according to the parking layout and available mounting space.

3. What electrical supply does the charger require?
The specified input voltage is AC 380V ±20%. The site power supply, wiring and circuit protection requirements should be confirmed for the selected model before installation.

4. What are the DC output voltage and current ranges?

The adjustable DC output voltage range is 20–1000V. Output current ranges are 0–67A for the 20kW model, 0–100A for the 30kW model and 0–125A for the 40kW model.

5. Will the charger always deliver its rated power?
No. Actual charging power depends on the vehicle’s battery voltage, charging requirements and the charger’s output current limits. A higher rated charger power does not guarantee that every vehicle will charge at that power.

6. Is the charger compatible with all electric vehicles?
Compatibility depends on the charging connector, communication requirements and vehicle charging specifications. Please confirm your destination market and vehicle requirements before ordering.

7. How is charging operated?
Charging is operated through the 4.3-inch touchscreen. The charger automatically stops when charging is complete.

8. What is the standard charging cable length?
The standard charging cable length is 5m. Custom lengths are available and should be confirmed before placing an order.

9. What are the protection rating and operating conditions?
The specified protection rating is IP54. The operating temperature range is −20°C to +50°C, operating humidity is 5–95% without condensation, and operating altitude is up to 2,000m. Installation suitability should be assessed for the site conditions.

10. What safety protections are included?
Protection functions cover short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, overcurrent and leakage faults. An emergency stop function is also provided.

11. What are the charger dimensions and weights?
The charger unit measures 600 × 400 × 190mm. The specified weights are 35kg for the 20kW model and 45kg for both the 30kW and 40kW models. Pedestal dimensions should be confirmed separately.
