Anhui Xingtong Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the Phase II delivery of LED illuminated lane-direction signs for an urban road intersection project in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

The project is located at the intersection of Xiaocai Street and Tonghui Road. The gantry-mounted traffic signs were installed during nighttime operations to minimize the impact on daytime traffic.

Clear Lane Guidance at Night

The installed signs provide clear directional guidance for four traffic lanes:

• Lane 4: Left turn
• Lane 5: Left turn
• Lane 6: Straight ahead
• Lane 7: Right turn

These active LED illuminated traffic signs combine clear directional symbols with integrated LED lighting. Compared with conventional non-illuminated signs, they provide better nighttime visibility and allow drivers to identify the correct lane direction earlier when approaching the intersection.

Designed for Urban Intersections

Gantry-mounted illuminated lane-direction signs are commonly used at urban arterial road intersections and other locations requiring clear advance lane guidance.

The illuminated display is particularly beneficial at night and under low-visibility conditions, helping improve sign recognition and support safer, more orderly traffic movement.
